How do I track my order?

There are currently only two ways to track the status of your order.

Firstly, we send emails informing you of each status update.  Please make sure our email address (cs@troughcreekcandleco.com) is added to your white-list so that they are not sent to spam.

Secondly, if you have created an account, you can log in and check the status of your order on your account page.

There are only two statuses available on the order page: unfulfilled and fulfilled. 

Unfulfilled can mean any of the following:

  • Your order has been received;
  • Your order is being processed;
  • Your order is in production;
  • Your order is preparing for shipping;
  • Your order is awaiting pickup by the shipping carrier.

Fulfilled means:

  • Your order has shipped; You can track your package.

Emails are the only updates for all statuses that fall under Unfulfilled.
