My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

First and most important, DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY!

Keep all pieces, box, and packaging materials. Shipping carriers will normally need to inspect everything; if any of these items are discarded, a claim may not be accepted. These are the terms according to the USPS and FedEx.  If that is the case, there is nothing that can be done on our end.

We insure all of our packages.

Please include the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • Also include images of the damage

If you opt to file a claim yourself, please contact us at cs@TroughCreekCandleCo within 24 hours that way when they contacts us, we will be able to have information ready for them.
